The short version: Dingus is provided as-is. You are responsible for your ntfy server configuration and the content of your notifications.
By downloading, installing, or using Dingus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dingus is a macOS menu bar client for the ntfy push notification service. It connects to ntfy servers you configure to receive and display push notifications. Dingus is published by 1507 Systems (BPS Enterprises LLC).
You are responsible for:
Dingus Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. 1507 Systems does not process payments directly.
Dingus, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of BPS Enterprises LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
1507 Systems does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 1507 SYSTEMS OR BPS ENTERPRISES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You may stop using Dingus at any time by uninstalling it. 1507 Systems reserves the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top will be changed when updates are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
