Murmurate is an open-source macOS clipboard manager that stores and organizes your clipboard history locally on your device. It is published by 1507 Systems (BPS Enterprises LLC).
Murmurate is released under the MIT License. The source code is available at github.com/1507-systems/murmurate. Your use of the source code is governed by the MIT License terms. These Terms of Service apply to the compiled application distributed by 1507 Systems.

The Murmurate name and branding are the property of BPS Enterprises LLC. The source code is licensed under the MIT License, which permits modification and redistribution under its terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may stop using Murmurate at any time by uninstalling it. 1507 Systems reserves the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top will be changed when updates are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
